I have been looking all over for a shift knob for my automatic and can't find anything stylish. Could any of you guys (or gals, if there are any out there) make me a cover, if not a knob, like this one - for a 1996 Contour GL automatic with an overdrive button? This particular one is an Evolution knob described as "Evolution Knob in black leather, silver mesh and chrome design".

Email me if you think you might be able to help me out.

Just recruiting CEG'ers for the Iowa meet on July 14. I posted on the other forum where you mentioned Iowegians, but wasn't sure if you caught it before it got deleted. Drop me an email or check the general forum if you want some more info.

I am working two jobs right now, so there is no way I can get there on the 14th. I have to ask pretty far in advance to get days off. Is there some place where the dates are posted more in advance so I can make the next gathering?

Aatually we set the date about a month ago on htis. About the only meets that get further notice are the national ones like Spring Zing. If we try to get another meet together I will try to let you know ahead of time or if you happen to be in the Des Moines area, drop me an email.

Tara,
I designed my own look using a 4th gen. Camaro shift knob and a Contour MTX shift boot.... it required me to relocate the OD to a momentary toggle switch, but it functions well and looks great. go to:

Hope this helps!
