I used to own a 93 T-Bird 5.0, i had put some 80 Watt PIAA's (9006) on and it had burned out my headlight switch (WATT too high)will the same thing possibly happen if I put the 80 Watt bulbs on my 98 SVT?

No, the headlamp circuit has a relay system so the lamp draw doesnt go through the headlamp/dimmer switch. Others have been running 80/100 watt bulbs with no problems. I ran 80 watt APC's for a while till one burned out on me.

I run the high beams in the low sockets (HyperWhites) and no problems. Huge lighting improvement though.

PackRat, how did you like your APC's. I'm thinking of getting them but don't know anyone who has used them. Did they burn out fast (cheap) ???

www.dcmotorsports.com This is the place where I got mine from and these headlight bulbs are SWEEEET laugh The color is a blue/silver and they are 80/100 watt in power. If your looking for the "nice" looking bulbs go no further!

i have to agree,,, i love my Cuzos man they look so sweet,, now if they would only come out with something for our foglights i would be a happy man..
