Remember the older tours, they had the green light in the door handle hole. Can you do that to 99's??? What would you need???? Probably stoopid, but I lika aloo

Someone stated they used LED's in there. I would assume you could you the 12v source for the lights in the switches on the door panels...and the LED's won't burn out like the original ones.

I reserved doing this on a rainy day...I just seem to have 300 rainy day projects in front of it.

That link isn't the door handle light installation instructions. Its instructions for installing the door courtesy lights on the bottom of the door of a Mystique.

Once you get the light wired you'll have to modify the cup of the pull handle a little. The earlier tours had a clear square piece in front of the light to spread the beam evenly. You could probably just cut a small hole through the top of the pull handle cup and mount the light.
