One of my foglights recently went out. If i recall correctly, in the past there was a post about how you can upgrade your foggies with a different size. Can anyone tell me what size fits.

I just replaced my bulbs with Sylvania 885's. They are the same as our bulbs except they are 50 watt instead of the 38 watt that were in there before. Makes a huge difference!

The Sylvania #885's are the way to go, what a huge up grade Make sure you go ahead and align the foglights while your at it, theres the screw that makes it go up/down, you'll see it. It cost me $23.00 at a local Pep Boys. Roger R 2000 SVT #1253 of 2150

Got the 885 and love them, much brighter and go well with the PIAA I have. Got the 885 at Kragen for $ 8.00 each!!! What a deal! Chow

Well, I also run the 885s in my SVT, and with the foglight fix I have them on all the time... Now they're melting the foglight lenses away, I have a big bulge in the center of my lenses now Anybody else having that problem? ------------------ Pascal 1998 SVT Silver Frost ~ Some mods ~

my svt does that to...the wattage is too high and it is melting the lens....this used to happen to me on my mustang. what you do is drill a pin hole size in the foglight lens from the inside out (so water doesn't get in). i haven't gotten around to it yet (i am lazy...hehehe), but this is the best fix for it that i know...good luck.
