I was driving home tonight and hit something the size of a midsize dog. Nothing left of the poor thing. I took a quick peak under the front bumper and the I noticed my passenger side fog light got knocked out. Anyone have an idea how much the whole light fixture is gonna cost me from Ford? The bulb and wire are still in tact but the light fixture is part of the road somewhere along with the dog. For all you sentimental types out there, I felt real bad, poor doggy. Anyway, any ideas on the cost for the light fixture.. I went to Ford and they wanted around $56 apiece for everything.

I'm gonna have to take the el cheapo route this time. All the pieces are still hanging there by 1 screw. I got some JB Weld and that might do the trick. If you find any dog parts in your engine compartment, I might be willing to buy some of them. My dog could use a tune up, although he isn't anywhere near the kennel's scheduled maintenance. I guess we all know how those kind of claims work..

i just got a new puppy, might consider chopping her up and parting her out... she has less then 9 weeks runtime on her...

when we bought stock fog lights from ford, they were 245 for the whole kit. but just bought some blue diamond foglights and they are cheaper and brighter, cost me 80 at Autozone
