I think PIAA makes fog lights with a yellow bulb that would fit the tours...I'm not 100% sure on that though...

BAT sells what they call amber bulbs for 10 and a quarter each plus shipping. Not very yellow though, just a hint of amber.

Yellow (dichroic amber) does not work as well as a white bulb. Why would you want to change it? It distorts color and looks silly. I laugh when Lexuses pass me with those things.

Actually, yellow cuts through fog better as white reflects in the water drops in the air. White 'fog' lights are usually called driving lights, not fog. Smetiems white lights help in the fog or rain, but that Lexus will be passing you in the fog when you need them. Anyway, PIAA 510 comes in either dichroic amber or white driving lens. after you check PIAA's site mentioned above, you can search the interent for the best price. I have the stock driving lights on my SVT, but have a set of PIAA 1400s on a shelf I'd like to add that I am very impressed with.
