I work at a SVT dealership wich is pretty cool.... But, I recently got my A/C "fix", as well as my seat (the seatback is broken). At least that's what they said they did, and they were going to order a new one... Well the new one is in laugh , but the A/C was again doesn't work, and I'm afraid by the time the get find the real problem the warranty is gonna be up.... OH, but wait I work their they won't do that to me( or at least I hope not confused wink )

I don't know for sure, but I think if you are having problems before the warranty is up, they would cover it past that time.

I had something wrong with my S-10 that I brought to the dealerships attention before the warranty was up. They fixed it after the warranty was up.

I don't know though, plus you work there...def a + in your court.

Let me clear up one thing, they were ordering a new seat back... All they did to the A/C was recharge it, probally didn't even look for a leak... But I work at the dealership so it is no problem I could get it fixed by them when I go in tommorow

If you work there and they try to screw you, that is pretty sad.

Does the namesake of that dealership have any relatives from West Philly? That's my last name. Walter is my dad, Danny is my uncle.

If a guy that works at a dealership has to stay on top of the service department to get his car fixed, then that's a bad statement for Ford service. (A general statement, ot really aimed at this particular dealership.) What do you do there?

**Update**

They got the seat fixed and A/C parts are comming in tommorow... And it's alawys service with a smile. So I think they are doing a really good job. But, from a customers view point, bringing the car back or leaving it there for 3 days probally would suck
