Just curious if any of the stock wheels from other FoMoCo products would fit on the Contour? For example, the 16" off a late model Thunderbird, or SHO, Mustang wheels (minus the pony caps), etc? our bolt pattern is 4x108
the only other fords with the same are the "stylish" tempo and the "wonderful" focus
why dont you find aftermarker rims

The problem with use of the T-Bird and the Stang is that those cars are RWD, not FWD and therefore the wheels would stick out and make your Tour look like an old roller skate! I really like the wheels on the Focus ZX3 and ZTS, check those out. If you wanna see what your car looks like w/ other wheels try here www.tirerack.com go to buy wheels and follow the directions, you'll see your ride and then GO! Not only that, the Stangs have 5 bolts and Tours only have 4. "Fox" bodied Mustangs (and Capris) are 4 lug. Believe the "Fox" body style run was 82-93, but don't quote. Exception would be the 84-5-6 SVO Mustang, which was 5 lug.

Yes, cougar wheels from the new gen will fit, I have pics of Marks on a MKI tour, and mine on a MKII tour
