Here's something I've been dreaming about. Get an SVT painted the color of my current Mystique, according to the dealer it's midnight blue, according to the touchup paint it's royal blue, and the number on the bottle is AL81-6479-B. Get it painted that, paint any chrome white, paint the mesh on the rear bumper white, put the mesh in the front grille's and paint that white, and get white rims. That = sweet. Interior, gray with the dark plastic trim painted aluminum and get the aluminum gauge backings. Window tints a necessity. They have a tint I have seen whicm makes the windows like a mirror. Might get a ticket or two, but who cares lol! That's my .02 c

bmw has that sweet blue color, dont have a pic though. if you get a dark color, you can get metal flake, when done right with larger size whatever and plenty of clear coat, it looks really sweet when the sun hits it. but before you go, dont use ANY type of cleaner such as armor all anywhere outside your car, and especially in your car, if that stuff gets in the air, it can and will cause rainbowing which looks horrible. but after you get the paint job, do meguairs 5 step thing, plan on taking a nice long while, but it looks so incredible!

95TealSE, how did you changed the color of the car?

I used the photo editor that comes with Linux. It is called The Gimp. It is similar to Photoshop, but it is free. It is pretty easy to change the color in that picture. If you would like to see it in another color, I will try to change it. I tried Canary Yellow, but couldn't get it to work. I don't have much photo editing experience. I can make it a large range of greens, blues, purples, maroons, reds, oranges,and golds.

I like the yellow. Pretty tight. That would take a lot work. I'm gonna be prepping the car for the paint job and so to change the color that drastically means I gots to sand the door jams and inside the car.

I like that too and that could definitely be done. But I don't like the red...maybe blue...
