If your gonna show it, At least use a Duratec. Hmm, Good idea, I've been wanting to but can't get time to do it.

Yeah!!!!! That looks sweet!!!! I had thought about doing this. I am probably going to have to take mine of to access the rear valve cover cause I have an oil leak. I think it is coming from the valve cover gasket. Any way I think I wil have to do that when I have it off!!! Thanks for the pic!!! The red valve covers look sweet too!!!

Thats not mine. That belongs to Kicker. This is there show cougar. I talked to the guy for about 2 hours about 6 monthes ago. He told me where to ship mine to get it done cheap. It takes lots of time and energy to do this. Hope this helps, Tim

low-buck as in, you already have the parts, just need to get out the polishing tools and some polish dremel should work pretty well

The black finish/paint/coating on mine is starting to bubble up in one place. I have an "in" with the service manager at my dealership and I want to try to get them to replace/refinish it. If they won't I was thinking about doing this. Maybe I can get them to polish it for me!

I'm thinking harder about doing this now that I've seen what it looks like on the duratech. Thanks Tim.
