I have replaced the footwell lights with red bulbs (#194, I think), and I have also recontented (sort of) the green lights in the door handle recesses. The foot well lights are just pull and replace...see the link in my sig for a how-to to do the door lights...

I have done the ones that shine on the floor blue and the dome light blue also (actually kinda like a black light) The dome was a pain in the rear.
my 2 cents

I used a credit card and just pushed it inbetween the first and second trim pieces. So not between the headliner and the light but go to the next piece of trim inwards.

Wow now I'm confused. Just go look at it and start jaming your card in and around it.

Get the best lights that you can. I have the ones at pep boys and they kinda change colors after a while. The blue ones kind of turn a light green. You really need the ones that are colored glass. I think summit sells them.Hope that helps some

Yours is a 96...should have the lights already there. Mine's a '99...never had 'em. So I decided to put them in. My instructional is for those people who never had them in the first place.

Does anybody know where to find ones for the OUTSIDE of the car? I would like to put red bulbs for the license plate lights, but can't find any bulbs to fit.

Dana, you need to take the door panels off to change the lights in the doors. I have Crutchfield Mastersheets on my computer on how to do it so if you want them email me at davel@drexel.edu and ill sent them to you. After the panel is off you need to remove the plastic trim surrounding the door handle. if you look towards the back you will see a bulb. It is just pull out and pop in IIRC. It has been a while since I have done it. HTH
