I have a 1999 Contour SE Sport, so I expect to find holes behind the SE stickers on the front quarterpanel. However, I'm curious if I should also expect to find a harness connection for the side markers as well. I searched in FAQ and the Forums and couldn't find an answer. Will I have a pleasent surprise or will I have a little wiring ahead of me?

i have a 2000 svt and i wish it had a wiring harness, you will have to wire it..but it's not too hard..the whole project is a little time consuming(1 hour?) but the results are well worth it...good luck.

Oh well, I would have been rather surprised if Ford has missed the opportunity to decontent that part of the harness. Is there a recommended location to splice into the existing harness? For that matter, how would I identify the correct wires...just follow the turn signal wires until they come close to a convenient splice point?
