Im currently looking into buying lowering springs. I would like to get adjustable ones due to the roads in my neck of the woods( N. Minnesota). I was wondering what would be the best setup(struts, shocks, etc) for my 97 Contour GL. Any feedback would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

The only adjustable spring setup would be coil overs.

Ground Control for instance.
