I think it was Bill Jenkins who was providing these for about $13? The same badge which is on the trunk lid, right? By the way, my SVT didn't have this badge when I took delivery in June. I mentioned that on the customer service questionnaire that Ford sends out, and how I was having trouble getting it from the dealer. Well, they called me up yesterday and said they they are going to contact the dealer to resolve the problem. Hope it works. Even if I don't put it on the trunk (looks good without it) I might like to put it somewhere else.

I should have mentioned you have to disassemble the blue Ford oval and insert the SVT emblem on it. Sorry.

No need to dismantle your blue oval and stick it in, I went with black vinyl tape over the holes and my SVT over the tape.

The SVT emblem that is on the rear of our cars will not fit within the small ford chrome oval on the front grill. You will need the SVT badge from an earlier Cobra, like a'97. Bill Jenkins has them. You will need to take the front blue oval badge off of the car so that you can heat it up with a hair dryer to halp release the glue that holds the blue oval within its chrome ring. Once its out clean off any left over adhesive residue and paint the inside of the oval any color that you like. Now you can insert the svt emblem that has an adhesive self stick backing. Install the oval back on the car. Check out the NECEG forum for a picture.

How do you get the Ford emblem on the trunk off? Looks like you have to disassemble the entire plastic unit off the trunk.
