You are a day late and $200+ short now. BAT had surplus DH UIM's & LIM's to sell for several months back around Christmas or before.
Maybe longer. I didn't pay much attention since I had both stock.
Now I would try Bill Jenkins. Signature Lincoln Mercury IIRC. Should be in the FAQ area.
