Well Lately its been getting worse. I haven't really had time lately (new job) to do any troubleshooting.

I'm thinking a combination of these things could be causing the Richness.

-Exhaust Leaks (I know I have them especially around the SHO Ypipe)
-Spark Plugs? (Running Bosche Quads)
-Exceeded KKM Filter (Likely)
-Chip Prog? (Might try to remove it and see if it helps)
-CEL Haven't hooked up to OBDII yet (Plan to soon, probably a O2 sensor)

I know I should be running a bit rich due to my mods but I think there are some other factors here. The Car has stalled a few times, and not just when idling either.

Thanks in advance

If the CEL is on, you are running in full rich mode, aka limp mode. The ECU is programmed that way to prevent very bad things happening to the motor. Get the code(s) pulled so you can properly diagnose.

Yep, it goes into the open loop stategy -- ignores O2 sensors, etc. Very rich. Not limp mode, though... Limp mode is for when the ECU detects a major failure.
