What are the best plugs and wires for the money? Is there any difference in performance between the bosch+4 and the stock. Between ford racing 9mm and magnecor 8.5mm.

I've got a set of BLUE Ford MotorSport Wires and the Bosch Platinum +4s, and my engine runs FINE. I haven't had any problems with the plugs, as others have, because I installed them in a COLD engine, used AntiSeize Compound on all of them, and torqued them to the proper yield when I installed them.
I also used lots of silicone grease on the boots of the wires, on BOTH ends.
The Engine idles and accelerates smoother with the +4s then the original plugs did.
But this is with my car. Not every Contour works well with them, from what I've heard. The +4s also come with a money back guarantee. If you don't like them, you send them back to Bosch and you get your money back.
