Does anyone know whether or not an accelerator cable from a 95 SE ATX will work with the SVT TB? Or will I have to get the SVT accelerator cable? Also will the stock accordian tube off my car work with the SVT TB?

If you have traction control, no, unless you do a little mechanical work to the cable ends and bracket. If you install the SVT cable it will work. The TB opens up opposite the std. TB does. Some folks that have access to motorcycle shop tools have made their own. Same tools used for making brake cables.
The tube will be tight fit. If you get the SVT intake the tube will have a place for the IAT sensor.

As stated, if you have traction control, you would lose it on a '95 going to an SVT TB. All other years are electronic, but '95's are cable driven TC devices.

If you don't mind losing TC or don't have it, it's one of the best mods out there... even on an otherwise stock SE. It was my second mod after my first KKM filter and I loved it!!! My suggestion is do it and don't look back!
