check this heatsheild out, it has pics also, said something about using a rubermaid trashcan and cutting it up, i'd like to see a how to on this go here

chris - that's a pretty massive heatshield on that red 'tour! i would love to see a how-to as well smile

CO drive update: over time, everything in the engine will eventually become the (roughly) same temperature (as expected). BUT, when comparing the temperature of my MAF adaptor to my TB, the MAF adaptor is much much cooler. So, I think it helps.
