Technically - yes

Worth it - not remotely

By a V6 car if you want one. Otherwise turbo the I4 for much less...

This gets asked a lot. The answer is (different versions of): Go trade in the Zetec and buy a V6. It's probably cheaper (and certainly MUCH easier) that way. It's not as simple as dropping a new engine in.
