still in the balance. the workshop is very buisy at the moment maybe later in the year when it is quieter...i will keep pushing....and keep you informed....

Yeah the headers just use the smaller oil filter which is the same part # as an acura NSX. I still ca barely get the filter out. It comes out all dented and banged up. Even the new filter gets a dent in it when I try to put it in. I am going to take my headers off myself and send them to Jet Hot for recoating (VT car headers were installed when I bought it). It's going to be a tough job but I love working on cars and my old cherokee wasnt so easy to isntall the pacesetter headers either. I dont think $1150 is a justifiable price for SHM headers though. I would go with MSDS if I were spending the money considering the complications.

You can still use the regular oil filter on the car with SHMs... Just use a pry bar to push the engine back a bit and you can fit an F1 filter in there... laugh Installation and removal really isn't all that bad on them.
