I was hoping to get this done as I have found a reasonably priced engin. Question is what else need to be done or is it a straight swap?

You existing V6 is an auto?....its normal to install the PCM from the svt engine with it...however I dont beleve the svt,which is MTX only, will support your CD4E auto trans...may have to chip existing mdule up to svt level to be able to retain the auto trans stratagy....

I would take the SVT parts and use them, rather then a transplant. Intake, intake manifold, lower intake, etc... That would probably be your best bet having the ATX and all
