Well my brothers...where to start. First off, I appreciate the kind words from my last post. Honestly, I was a little torn handing the keys over, but hopefully she'll be in good hands and CEG will have a new member. (See that, there's always a bright side .)

On the ironic side, I found it a bit odd to turn the car in with this on the ODO.

Of course it's only odd because this is my plate...

Okay, so I had to drive an extra mile to do it...but it was still funny.

So, on to the purchase.

Cars on my wish list had to contain some of the following...

6 speed manual
xenon lights
Sirius compatibility
exclusivity

and while navigation and all wheel drive were nice, they were not required.

In the price range I was looking at, I test drove (actually in this order)

Acura TL
Saab 9-3 Aero
Subaru Legacy GT Spec-B (355-500)
Mazdaspeed 6 GT
Infinity G35x

Sad enough, not a single American car made my list...in which I've never bought foreign before today. Also, while all did not make the criteria, I must say they were all very nice indeed. Lets just says its been a fun month. If anyone has any specific reasons why I did not choose one, please ask and I will give an explanation.

So, with a little further delaymy choice.

ZOOM ZOOM buddy! MS6 GT

Well, here are some quick pics as I was more than Jonesing to drive this thing. I'll try and post some better pics in the sunshine tomorrow.

Color is Black Cherry Mica...listed as the Grand Tour, comes with just about everything you can think of (much like the SVT at the time). Added features include navigation, sunroof, alarm system, sirius (still needs installed), compass with auto dimming mirrors, cargo nets, wheel locks, etc...can't think of anything she don't have

So...natural progression? I felt it the second I was behind the wheel.

Thoughts, questions, comments. Feel free to flame

Thanks for the compliment...

Mazda specs are 274hp and 280 ft-lbs...of course word on other forums state that Mazda under rated the specs There listed numbers are more than fine by me, as the last time I've had a car on a dyno was...well, never.

LOL! I sold my Contour with the exact same mileage written on the title.

Congrats on the MS6. One of my friends has a Mazda6s, I can only imagine how much quicker the MS6 is.
