I am on day 5 of getting calls about every 25 minutes from the SAME Cincinnati Ohio based phone number. I have tried to talk to them but nobody talks back. If you call the number back, it just says "You have been contacted for marketing or sales purposes" and then hangs up. I am going crazy here... this is my cell phone and the number has been on the Do Not Call list since the Do Not Call list was created. I have reported the number several times now on the Do Not Call website under the "Report a Violation" area. I have zero faith that this will solve anything.

Do I contact Ohio Police, my local police? My provider is Verizon Wireless and I read on their website that they cannot block individual phone numbers from calling you, they can only block ALL calls to your number. I guess I will have to change my phone number if I can't figure something else out.

my previous number (that i was using just for internet cause dial up connection was the only thing available in my area) was havint 1 number different than a hotline meeting agency and people were calling all night long...

Try sueing them for all you can. The do not call list registration is good for 5 years. I will have to register again soon.

If you can get the phone records then you can proove that they are harrassing you.

Find out the name of the company and then get a real phone number to that company and go from there....

i keep getting calls on my home number from my home number?? i answer and its a friggin creditor? can they do that??

Is it some one you actually owe money to? If so, pay them.

Otherwise, I would contact your phone provider to see how that could be happening. On creditors calling, I believe you can tell them not to call you as well.

On the marketer... record dates and times and contact your attorney general (and Ohio's if you're in a different state). Press charges and seek damages on your own versus expecting this hotline to do it.
