I had the problem with the sticking trunk release motor. I cleaned it, and it worked great for a while. Now when I press the trunk release button on the key FOB once, the motor clicks multiple times in a row (4-5) rather than just once. It doesn't do it all the time but when it does its really annoying. Do I need to clean it again? I checked the solenoid and its fine.

How did you clean it? If you used oil-based liquid(or spray), some excess may be causing the connection to close. Yes, cleaning again would help, this time wiping off excess "cleaner".
