i can't figure it out. as you all probably know i am shopping for a new car and for the hell of it (knowing they were out of my price range) i checked out some 350z's, and found this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissan-350Z-2003-Nissan-350Z_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ31864QQihZ016QQitemZ260014551133QQrdZ1clear title, low miles, and only $9,000. am i missing something here? i will junk kick anyone who buys it before me if it is a solid car. i just don't see how it's possible. seller has 100% feedback. someone explain it to me ~Andrew

KBB Says: Condition Value Excellent $24,120
Good $22,790
Fair $21,025
So even if it was in fair condition, the worst possible, that buy it now price is still less than half of what it is worth... The old statement applies here for sure, and it definatly sounds too good to be true...

I wonder if it's a fishing expedition...get some bidders, cancel the auction (call it an 'accident' or mistake), and then pitch the car at a higher price.

Buy it, and see how it feels to be scammed. First, look at the past history, the lady bought and sold womens clothes.
Second tip off:
Note: This listing is restricted to pre-approved bidders or buyers only.
Scammers ALWAYS use these, I do not know why, but I guess they like being in touch with you to make you feel "privilaged" as being accepted to buy. It also keeps their fee's down from people "Buying Now" and costing them wasted time
Third - the Price, come on, no one is that dumb unless they are selling before the get divorced....lol
And here are a few observations of the images, doesnt look like Cali to me and the plate seem smore like IL plates. Check out the houses and landscape, isnt Cali in a HUGE drought and yet the lawns are deep green. See if the VIN comes back to a car with CA emissions.
I could be wrong about the location of the pictures, but I dont see anything good coming of this purchase

well, the seller hasnt gotten back to me yet and suprisingly enough the listing is still up. i cant see the license plate to determine its origin. the houses in the background do NOT look like any homes in Canyon Country, possibly Old Town Pasadena, but not Canyon Country. still doesnt seem right anyways. im suprised its still up cuz i think its a scam. as mentioned, unless its a scorned wife who's husband ran off with the secretary or someone who owes the mob $10k by this saturday..... i think the pre-approved bidders is a way of nabbing up SS#s and other personal info.
