I have a running/history P0175 code in my T-bird. All it means is bank #2 running rich. So I checked my 02 sensor and it seems to be reading correctly (varying from .2-.8). I found an EGR elbow that was cracked, I replaced that but the MIL still remains. Do I actually have to pay a ford dealership to flash my codes? Or can I do it at home?

To REMOVE THE CODES? No.. remove the PCM fuses (one or two in the engine compartment) or simply remove the negative battery terminal for about 5 minutes, or so.

Remove the FUSES will remove the codes only. Removing the battery terminal will remove the codes AND your radio presets.
Make sure the key is out of the ignition when you do either.
