I've searched and read basically every thread about the blower fan, so bear with me... The blower fan doesn't work at any speed. With the searches, I've done the following:
1. Checked all fuses in both the main fuse box and the driver's side fuse box. All are ok.
2. Replaced relay R14.
3. Replaced blower fan.
4. Checked resistor pack. None of the speeds work so this can't be it, but checked anyways.
5. Measured voltage across blower fan plug... 0v.
6. Attempted to change the hvac plug but can't get the bottom of the dash, ATX shifter and center console out.

So, the only thing I have left is to replace the HVAC controls. The mixer and vent switch both work since I can hear them switch. How do I remove the center console and ATX selector switch to get access to the 2 screws hidden behind the center console?

The car is a 98 Mystique 2.0 ATX. The resistor pack has been replaced under warranty and heavy gauge wires were spliced in by the mechanic. This Mystique was made in Oct 97, so it contains a combination of both 97 and 98 parts and designs. Basically whatever was leftover... it's really annoying.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Did you test the fuses with a fuse tester or ohmmeter. Note that is also a Extended Customer Satisfaction Warranty for the blower switch for some model years.
