I ordered the cold air intake system from the SHO Shop (K&N w/heatshield) on 6/6. I specifically asked if they had this item in stock and if it would ship right away. I was told yes and to expect 5 - 7 days for shipping. I left messages yesterday and today asking for conformation that the item had shipped. I got a message w/ a FedEx tracking number which revealed that the item shipped on the 12th. They did not even ship it till almost a week after I ordered the Kit. HELL, I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD BILL BEFORE THEY EVEN SHIPPED IT. SHO Shop received payment for my order before they shipped my order. FedEX estimates that I won't receive the kit until 6/18. THAT IS TWO WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT. For all of you with SHO Shop y pipes, is this normal operating procedure for them?

Sounds like typical SHO Shop to me.

When I ordered mine a while back they quoted 2 weeks. And, the didn't charge the credit card until they shipped the items. So I dunno but according to what they told me a WHILE ago it sounds right. BTW....its worth the wait.

SHOshop has absolutely, hands down, the worst customer service I've ever seen. Check out their ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Even the government is telling people to stay away from them. If you want to buy something from the SHOshop, you're best bet will be to order from SHOnut Performance ( http://www.shonutperformance.com ) They are distributors for SHOshop and will deal with the BS for you, and get your product out ASAP, plus they don't mark the price up AT ALL, and even give you free shipping on orders over $300. I've purchased a couple things from SHOshop through SHOnut. Things went much smoother than my experiences dealing directly with SHOshop.

I admit, that i ordered something from them too. They said it was going to be shipped on tomorrow. Also it was UPS second day air (no choice since i live in HI). When i didn't receive it, i followed up. Then they sent it. I guess you just gotta follow up whenever you want something. = Oh well.. i got mine, and i'm happy
