OP sbtrav Newbie S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 2	I have a 98 Contour SE 2.5lautomatic with air. When I try to put gas in the tank the pump clicks right away even when the tank is at 1/4 full. It takes about 10 minutes to nurse about 15-20 litres into it. This was not gradual it was sudden. I filled up last Sunday and on Wednesday this started. I have tried other gas stations and its the same. I put a 1/4 inch hose down the pipe for about 3 feet and didnt meet any resistance. I am not big on dropping the tank unless I know what I am looking for. Any help would be great.

OP sbtrav Newbie S Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 2	Going over the other threads I recall the last time I fueled before this started I used an Ethanpl blend. Big mistake I guess. Does anyone know if the recall applies to cars in Canada? I have 145000 kms on it.
