Flooding here in a town 30-45 minutes from my house a dam cracked (crappy dam but it still cracked). Several camp grounds flooded and closed, one the insurance policy don't cover floods so their out of business. My friend works at the one they just opened back up today I think.

Crazy weather here in Ohio one week storms all week and this week its like nearly 100 degrees.

Rather reminds me of the flooding we had in town last year. I'm told it was even worse downstream. Very sad to see things destroyed, and even worse to smell the fumes from rancid water getting everywhere.

Ya tell me about it, just the other night a couple were canoing(SP?) in the river and the canoe got tipped over by debrise or something and the woman drowned.

If I remember correctly, words that end in multiple vowels do not drop the 'e' when adding 'ing.' Don't hold me to that though. I only did about five minutes of searching and couldn't find supporting proof.

See similar to that every few years in the spring/early summer on the Mississippi from heavy snows up north at towns that can't (or won't, Davenport!) build a dike.

Damn! We are having a drought here! We could definitely take some of that rain off your hands!
