I'm trying to figure out what this sound could be.

When I shift the vehicle from Park into Drive, there is a loud CLICK. When it goes from Drive to Reverse, same thing. Then back from Reverse to Drive, same thing.

Any ideas?

I blew the fuse for the interior lamps once. It made my shifter click whenever I would brake becuase the locking mechanism for the tranny was on the same circuit. But then again it was the same click it always makes when depressing the brake and leaving park.

That's not it. Everything else in the car works.

And it can only be heard with the windows down...
