OP d c New CEG\'er D Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 36 uk	well after a bit of grief the JRSC BBK and a FC 65mm TB are on the mondeo and running. just waitng for a tune. have driven a few miles at low to moderate revs and can feel the increase in torque. havent gone WOT yet until its had a tune. heres a few pics for you

OP d c New CEG\'er D Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 36 uk	the pulley with the Big Boost Kit is under 3 inches 2.6 i think. fuel wise i,m using shell optimax which is rated at 98 RON which compares to 95 Ron for standard fuel Last edited by d c; 07/09/06 05:22 PM.

OP d c New CEG\'er D Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 36 uk	Oh I see . the fuel pump is stock which seems ok at the moment as i'm not revving high until the engine is tuned (20th this month). the injectors which came with the BBK are red tops rated at 30lbs. not sure if the fuel pump will be man enough when its tuned though. percybigun who posts here has a JRSC on his mondeo and runs ok with the stock pump.

BTW, 30lb injectors are pretty small for the Zetec. You may want to dump them for 42# injectors before wou get it tuned. 30# injectors are only good for about 200 horsepower at the crank with a 90% duty cycle. That means they are only good for 170HP at the wheels. If you have the big boost kit, you will top that. Fuel injector size vs horsepower.
