the original SVO was built to compete in the Nelson Ledges 24 hrs. in that competiton, it whupped up on every other team there and was putting the hurt on the other cars that were representing. SVO < SVE < SVT. www.SVOCA.com www.turboford.org

[/b] in a stock weight contour, an unmodified I-4 is most certainly a dog. i never made mention of another car. perhaps i should have said, "YOUR CARS ENGINE IS NOT POWERFUL" and left it at that. especially fords 2.0/2.3L platform. the newer I-4 offerings are a tad better, mainly the DOHC duratec thats being used now.
honda four cylinders are anomalies and works of engineering art. the S2000 for example, pushes way past the 'perfect numbers' of 100 hp/liter. but i dont see any 2.0-2.3L ford engines doing that aside from the circle track racers.
basically, all i meant was that the engine in his car is not the best.[/b]

Yeah, plus I've only got about 200 bucks so far to spend on the car. I got a cracked windshield and my sideview mirror broke, so it cost about 600. Plus, im just 16. I think I'm going to get a chip eventually though, I NEED more power.
