The Worcester Summer Nationals - huge show of hot rods, lowriders, etc - was this weekend. I didn't get many pictures today, but if I go again tomorrow I might take more.

ElKy's hearse burnout (17.5MB)

Kim has video from the line of fire - right up in front. I expect she'll post it as soon as they can upload it.

Paint matches the casket...

Post burnout

Something amusing I found at the Summer Nationals

ElKy, I have these and more in 7.2Mp high-resolution if you want any.

I see myself in both pictures! (blue and white striped shirt and blue hat)

I have to say, Elky was quite the crowd pleaser. All I could hear before hand was:
"There's a hearse in the line"
"When is the hearse comin up"
"How much longer until the hearse goes on"
Then once he finally got on the pad, the crowd cheered louder than they had for anyone else.

It was an enjoyable time. If only my AC compressor clutch didn't start makin the most horrible sound right as I pulled into my spot on the hill at the show. Everyone turned and looked

I took pics/vids on Elky's cameras, so we'll have to wait for him to post.
