Anyone see that tornado. There were two funnel clouds. Cheektowaga sure got hit. A huge semi was flipped on its side while traveling on the throuway and went in to the eastbound lane. Two restaurants were damaged. I didn't even know it was going to rain until I was in the middle of my run. All of a sudden, I'm like WTF, and turned around and sprinted back.

It was SO DARK. You were running in that?! I was driving with all my lights on and I was still having trouble seeing. I had JUST left Mighty Taco on Walden, and when I got back to work a coworker asked if I saw the tornado- I said what tornado? He said you must have JUST missed it because one just touched down there.

I was weirded-out because we had been talking about the (1987) F2 tornado before I went on lunch

My cousin works at the Keybank it pretty much landed on. I'm sure she's ok though, we would have heard something.

Yeah. I was about a half mile in and all of a sudden the sky went from clear (cloudy) to black. I heard thunder and thought f*ck. Sprinted back to the gym. I'm in Hamburg, but nothing was said about rain today.

I knew about some showers around noon so it wasnt surprising to me until it got dark enough the interior lighting was noticeably brighter.
