My car is throwing these two codes:

P1130 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Adaptive Fuel Limit - Bank No. 1.

and

P0133 Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit Slow Response - Bank No. 1.

Any ideas?

The the car has 130k miles. The O2's, have not been changed by me. (I've owned it 3 years for 60k miles) The plugs and wires have ~30k miles. I did a quick and dirty job on cleaning the intake and throttle body maybe 10-20k miles ago. The only driveability issues I have is an unsteady idle with the AC on (it will bounce up and down from low to normal, but hasn't died) and my gas mileage is down by about 3 or 4 mpg.

The lady at Autozone suggested I clean my MAF (which I am about to go do) and go from there.

Simple as that huh?

What is the recommended source for an O2? Autozone special? Ford?
