I've been looking around for SVT exhausts for my 98 SE, but haven't found anything.....till now. This seems like a great deal, being able to choose the muffler and the tips, but is $310 (+$30 shipping) too much? Going to their website, they seem to be a good company. What do you all think??

Go to a performance exhaust shop around your area
and have them build you a custom exhaust, that way you should get exactly what you want for around $300.

$310 for what?

What size pipes?
What kind of muffler(s)?
Resonator?
Mandrel or crush bend?
etc.
etc.

I think its a little expensive for a single muffler setup. You should be able to get something like that done for under $300 at your local shop. Get some tips and the muffler on the net and you could probably save even more. It looks like mandrel bends and a fairly decent Y adaptor though. (It's also sold, hope you got it if you really wanted it...)

I agree, reputable local shops are the way to go. I got mine done for about $150 w/out the muffler. wink

Except local shops will be crappy crush bends! Big difference!!!

That's a decent price for a completely mandrel bent exhaust.

Mandrel bending is not cheap. Even buying pre-made mandrel bends yourself and welding your own exhaust would still be over $200. (including muffler & hangers)
Plus you'd have to line up the tips even... :p

Seems a little expensive for aluminized steel not stainless steel... But I guess I should say it's expensive consider the Brullen I got cost me $617 installed.
