I've done almost all the induction mods possible, ie Pro-M 75mm MAF, BAT intake pipe, Hose Techniques hoses and clamps, K&N filter, Mirko adapter, and now I'm wondering how to mount the whole setup so it doesn't hang off the TB. Anyone with some good ideas? Let me know!

Use the rubber insulators that screw into the trans mount bracket.............

Not sure if you can see it but I supported the whole set up with a support bracket that slips under one of the hose clamps. You can see the bracket just under the silicone coupling attached to the outlet side of the MAF.

Chris- I can see how you attached the bracket to the MAF, but how and where did you attach it to the chassis?

The rear battery hold down stud is close to upper-front MAF bolt and has about 3/4" of exposed threads. You can fab a custom (twisted "L") bracket that goes between the two and provides a rigid support for the MAF/Filter. I used an extra washer/bolt/washer on the hold down stud to attach the bracket so it's independant of the battery hold down 'force'.

The rear battery hold down screw is much to far from the front of the MAF to give it any rigidity at all. Afraid that won't work at all.

It's attached using one of the 10mm hold down bolts for the original support for the stock air box. You will see that part once you have removed the stock air box. It sits on rubber isolators on newer vehicles, SVT or non SVT. Our 95 SE has a solid support, no rubber isolators.

Well I guess that's going to be a problem for me. All I have left is the metal bracket that is welded to the frame of the car. I forget where I put all the stock mounting eqp. when I removed it a few months ago! Thanks Chris.
