is this normal? I usually dont use the A/C so not sure if its reacurring or not..

hmm, ill have to run a test, I did have the ac run for about 5 mins or so during the day and never got cold, but after being parked all day it took like 20 seconds to blow cold...just like any other time I used it...
Ill see how it works during a hot day when the engine is hot again and see what she does. It was about 30 celsius when the "problem" occured

If he needed a charge, it would never have been very cold after sitting.
I had a similar problem with my 98. Found the clutch coil connector to be slightly loose. Re-plugged it and secured it with some zip-ties. Been three or for years, now...
Start with the easy stuff first, then diagnose properly. This will keep you from wasting time and money.

The compressor has an electrically-operated clutch :headshake: It's what causes the compressor to engage/disengage during normal operation.
Better take it to a shop if you lack this level of knowledge... Don't want you to hurt yourself.

Not at all.
Someone who doesn't have a basic level of understanding about these systems represents a threat to their own safety.
These people should either leave it to a trained person or should get hands-on assistance from someone who is knowledeable about the system under test and about the necessary precautions to prevent both personal injury and system damage.
Your previous response indicated a level of cluelessness that borders on dangerous.
