Will a 2-bolt y-pipe and catalytic converter from a 98 contour svt fit on a 99 mystique?

as long as the mystique has a duratec it will ...
that is what I have on my 99

I was going to say that but if you are changing the y-pipe and cat the flange type, 2 ot 3 bolt doesn't matter 
since they will work with each other and the exhaust is the same on all V6 cars, ie length between the exhaust manifolds and the end of the cat back
