Don't mean to beat an old drum, but I'm wondering with the turbo if I might not just be better off removing the secondaries completely. I'm getting Chris's turbo in July and I'm wondering if the secondaries might hurt me more then help me with that set-up? I figure even at low rpm's with the turbo not completely spooled I would be flowing more air then atmospheric, and at peak rpms and full boost, the butterflies and rods would be doing nothing more then obstructing air flow. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

Adrian

Do it. The forced induction cars do not need the dual runner intake since the air is getting crammed in anyways. Take them out, It improves the low RPM power. Should make an even bigger difference on the turbo since it is building boost sooner than the Vortech.

The car we are developing the kit on has the secondaries still in. Once the kit is done, we will be taking them out. We are leaving them in to see before and after. If it makes a big gain, we will recommend to remove them. If not, then it's optional. I do know that the secondaries are just for N/A. We'll see.
