10hp at the crank or wheels?
I think its safe to say gains are unknown in all but the original application - a 2.5L Touring car with 3L valves, ported heads, and an 8000RPM redline (and I do not know what those gains were in that application, would have to ask Chris Reinke I think:D ).
In each application of thes cams, gains will be variable according to ..
1)displacement..3L gains more than 2.5L
2)porting and valve size.. the bigger the better, unless they get too big (and that is the trick!)
3)Rev limiter - as stock SVT cams are putting peak power near the rev limiter, these cams will probably do little more until you are above 7000RPM
I think David Z has all thes on his 3L which made 240 FWHP compared with a similar 3L engine from SHO-Shop that made 229 FWHP with stock valves and cams. Other variables apply as well I'm sure.
Nice thing about these cams is that (I guess) they use the specs from the touring car cams which (I assume) have been optimized through alot of testing. I would like to get them but the whole package - porting/3L valves/chip to increase redline & tune A/F + insatll is too rich for my blood right now..
