Don't ask how, cause I don't know, the upper bolt holding the caliper in place fell out and no one in town has a direct replacement bolt for it. Is there another "regular" type bolt that I can use until I can get a new one? Size on it?

approximate size and length of the bolts, so I can just go buy a bunch and see if they work?

Its M10 x 1.5 x 80mm, I think. I don't have a metric ruler handy.

Grade 10.9.

I've never understood this.
I mean.. I appreciate Cowgod posting his findings, but... aren't there three more on the front calipers?

You have a way to get to the store, to get a replacement, somehow... why not yank a wheel.. take one out, and match it up?

Just bustin' yer yoohoos...

Oh.. crap.. I misread.. forgot these were REAR caliper bolts, so nix the "other front" comment from me.

D'oh.

Yeah, I can find front ones with no problem but since most of the contours out there have rear drums, these bolts are not an item most places carry in stock....just like everything else for this car.
