Not really new but you know. Got back into town Sat. & as soon as we got unpacked & showered I pulled out to go & get it.I'm posting a couple of before pics & I still haven't rested up from my trip & I've got work in the morn. BTW does anyone know how/where I can find out if the title is clear or whatever.
On with it!

It's supposed to be a 66, & its supposed to run. Engine turns but carb is gone! We will find out soon enough! I'm tired so later but first one to make it tour related! (new digicam)

I don't "mod" I just fix what breaks! 98 CSVT #2527 T-Red (Limping) 98 CSVT #2228 T-Red (Donor) 98 SE Sport ATX V6 (Running again) If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me!

Get a petronix distributer upgrade and replace the POS innards of the OEM, it will make your life so much easier and for about $70 it's well worth it. That..... and a carb to supply ze fuel

Be cautious of the gas tank! My '64 Impala has the original tank and it is f%&^ing nasty! Lots of crap that'd clog the fuel filter. Atleast syphon out the old gas and add new, it'll make life much easier.

An engine that old, you might want to do the diesel fuel trick

BTW, very cool Linc

Great car, that and the Mustang (70 BOSS 302) are among my favorite American cars, I always wanted one.

After I saw the Matrix, I wanted a black hardtop really bad

and i agree with Swazo, Pertronics is the way to go, i have one in my 69 caddy, its is great.

and it looks like you have a carb, so rebuild the sucker and throw it on.
