I'm considering a supercharger for my 2.5L SE down the road, but I haven't seen much but stock equipment when it comes to the block and reciprocating assembly. I think of larger radiators, ceramic coated rings, forged steel crank and rods, S.S. valves, etc. when I think of supercharging. Information regarding proper setup for dependable supercharge application for 2.5L Contour SE 5-speed MTX would be appreciated.

Good News! The crank is already forged in the duratech. Yoiu would probably want/need custom rods, but there are a lot of places that do those. I would think that for any high boost scenario, custom pistons would be a must. Good luck.
