The scenes look too fake but I like the message a lot.

I believe it's fake because it is a PSA to encourage people to buckle up...

But if my front passenger decides not to buckle up, my car will yell at them (BeltMinder for anyone who has a newer Ford) And the rear, I make them buckle up since I see them in my rear view.

I don't want unnecessary blood in my car from an accident is my view.

I've seen some badness come through the ER that could have been avoided by wearing a seatbelt. Thanks, everybody, for spreading the good word.
