Cost you like $15 for all the parts from Home Depot. How close was I Greg? Cost under $10 easily & I have 9.5' of PVC piping left over too... Home Depot was correct Oil Seperator - the Celica link. The only thing I changed was using brass 90 degree fittings & a radiator drain cock (I have drawers full of those parts! Perks from work ) I also valley'd the return hose for added measure. You can make one using this How-to. Routing the hoses is a piece of cake. Stock headlights with 4x 9005 Xenon bulbs. Reflectors removed. Polished the lenses and added LED's for turn signals. Been having problems with the LED's though Added sidemarker at the same time. Circuit may be overloaded??? Engine compartment is white because picture was taken with a flash (in a closed garage)

Really like the idea of the oil separator. Just so I'm clear, the hose from the PCV valve goes to the side of the oil separator. The top outlet goes to the upper manifold? Am I correct?
How often do you think you'll be draining the oil from the separator??
Thanks for your help!
Paul.

2. How often do you think you'll be draining the oil from the separator?? 1. Yes. I mounted it as low as possible (and still fit with the cap on - drill with the cap installed ) 2. With how bad the intakes looked. Once a week. However seeing as I never noticed any oil level loses on the dipstick, probably check it once a month until I get a feel for it. The main reason I used a easy open drain cock with a long spout was for easy drainage. Therefore I could just pop a hose on, twist it and be done...

I think that may just be the LED turn signal bulbs. I tried a set of the rears and it made them flash like a bulb was out, like there was not enough resistance. I have heard this from others too. Looks good, can't wait to see it at the track this summer. I know I won't stand a chance, but maybe if Sam gets his sh*t running right, you can break that tie.

I have little time to make stuff like that & would probably cough up $30 or so if you included install instux. Dan, I may make a few this week. Email me if you are genuinely interested. The same goes for anyone else. The price I stated would include Priority Mail shipping to you.
