That place is in better condition than most of the highways in Quebec. During my early teen years, I used to go down to Ft. Montgomery with my buddies and drink beers. I'm surprised we never got caught.

looking at the pictures of the inside of that place, it doesn't look like there ever was much security

Just goes to show that ANYTHING is for sale for the right price. Cool location though. Perhaps a developer will buy it and turn it into some mega resort. It'd make a great casino location. Who cares about the fort. LOL. Use the rocks from it to shore up the ground underfoot.
