I have a code P1120. It apparently means that the TPS is out of range. I changed the TPS. The symptoms the car has is that it revs itself whenever moving, up to about 3k. If you are standing still, it idles normally. TPS voltage is flutuating, I'm getting between .8 and 1.1 at idle, its different everytime you start it. It tends to work fine if you start it cold, drive it, turn it off, then start it warm. After its started warm, the car no longer revs. Any ideas?

Check for voltage between the battery negative terminal and the "low" (REF) wire of the TPS. I'd be suspecting a faulty ground/return circuit.

Those are the symptoms my car was exhibiting before I sold it. The TH fix solved the high rev for me but it wasn't a permanant fix. If you come to a solution I would be interested in hearing what you did. My problem was that every once in a blue moon it would throw a P0122 (TPS low input) code.
